This year’s annual meeting includes consideration of a Special Assessment for Infrastructure Needs, a Proposed Budget for 2021-2022, and electing three members to the BCA Board of Trustees.
Instead of gathering at a physical location, we will be meeting online using the Zoom platform. You can connect to the meeting using a computer, tablet, or smartphone. Reminder: To vote, submit only one homeowner registration.
Invitations were mailed on April 23rd to Beachcrest homeowners. You will need information from this notice including your registration code in order to register for the meeting.

• Formation of a finance committee
• Infrastructure needs proposal
• Budget for next fiscal year
• Election of 3 board members
• Cabana reservations begin after meeting
As of 5/3/2021, three homeowners are interested in serving on the board of trustees: Cindy Stichweh, Loretta Linstad, and Steve Hoffman
Currently serving as Secretary on the board of trustees. She has also devoted time administrating marina billing for dock slips and kayak storage.
Currently serving as Property Manager and as a member on the board of trustees. She has previously served on the board, and has been proactive in recruiting volunteers.
I’m a retired Boeing software engineer on many defense projects such as F-22, AWACS and NORAD with 10 years as software program manager overseeing $15M budgets. My wife, Ann, and I have lived in the neighborhood for 6 years now and have volunteered on several BCA projects, with me most recently on the Financial Committee and help writing the Ground Maintenance Statement of Work. I’m most interested in treasurer position. Hobbies include family, travel, camping and data analysis/trends using MS Office especially Excel and PowerPoint. Thanks for your consideration. Steve
