The Board of Trustees meets on the first Wednesday of each month (except May for the Annual Membership Meeting when a larger venue is needed) at VIS’ conference room.
Special community meetings may also be scheduled to inform Beachcrest homeowners of issues and proposals that may require a vote with 14 day membership notices.
Management of our Beachcrest community property is the task of the Board of Trustees. Membership property owners make up the 7 member board, with each board member serving a two-year term. At our Annual Meeting in May, four board members are nominated/elected by the membership in even years and three are nominated/elected in odd years.
