Fireworks Rule Change:

At the January 6, 2021 Board meeting, the Beachcrest Board of Trustees voted to revise Community Rule (k) regarding fireworks in Beachcrest.  The amended rule is as follows:

For the purpose of safety for people and property:

  1. There will be no discharge of fireworks allowed at the beach or on any other community owned property.
  2. Private residences are expected to comply with current Thurston County fireworks ordinances.

Even though there will not be fireworks discharged on our community property this year, homeowners may wish use state legal consumer fireworks on their own property.  All fireworks to be set off within Beachcrest shall be legal and comply with Thurston County Ordinances. These must be used in a safe and sane way and not discharged above the home level.

Important warning:  Federally Legal Consumer Fireworks are legal to purchase, possess, and discharge only at an Indian Reservation.  Possession and/or use off the reservation is illegal.
