Your key fob will open the beach gate can be accessed between the hours of 4 am and 10 pm. The gate will open automatically for vehicles coming up the hill from the beach.
If your fob fails to open the gate during the operating hours noted above, it could be due a to few reasons:
- Fob may need to be held closer to the keypad. Hold it within 2 inches just below the keypad.
- There is maintenance being done on the gate or beach roads.
- Your annual assessment dues have not been fully paid.
