DIY Cabana Booking Calendars
The above calendars will allow parties to reserve cabana time directly. Both West & East cabanas can accommodate TWO 5-hour gatherings each day. 10am-3pm & 4pm-9pm
If you need a gate code for your group, please leave a request on the Contact Us form and a gate code will be sent to you. Please allow for a 24-hour delay when requesting a code.
Please note that we allow one (1) weekend cabana reservation and one (1) weekday cabana reservation to be active at the same time to allow for fair use of our community resources.
East Cabana (reservable)
Amenities: 6 covered tables in the cabana with a BBQ grill and 1 table near the firepit, nearby seasonal Honey Bucket restroom, easy slope to launch kayaks, parking for about 10 vehicles. Note: no electricity or running water
West Cabana (reservable)
Amenities: 7 covered tables in the cabana with 2 BBQ grills and 120 volt electricity, 3 outside tables near the 2 firepits, nearby yearly Honey Bucket restroom, parking for about 12 vehicles and hose with running water (note, potable but been in a long hose for a while)
Marina Area (not reservable)
Amenities: no cover, 3 picnic tables, 2 firepits, nearby seasonal Honey Bucket restroom, parking for about 18 vehicles and a high tide boat ramp
Your old gate fobs no longer work to open the beach gate. If you have not received your new gate fobs, please contact VIS Property Management at (800) 537-9619 or info@vismanagement.com to make arrangements to pick up your new fobs. Once you have your new fobs, you can access the beach seven days a week from 4:00 am till 10:00 pm.
We are now able to provide temporary gate codes at the request of the homeowner. Please use the Contact Us form to make a request with your name, address and the date for your gate code.

IN ORDER TO PROVIDE EQUAL ACCESS TO OUR CABANAS ALONG THE BEACHFRONT
RESIDENTS MAY REQUEST ONLY ONE WEEKEND GATHERING EVENT AT A TIME [ FRIDAY, SATURDAY OR SUNDAY]. RESIDENTS MAY SIMULTANEOUSLY REQUEST A CABANA FOR A WEEKDAY (MONDAY THROUGH THURSDAY).
