The Beachcrest community is nestled just west of Nisqually Reach along the South Puget Sound. Currently 262 homes make up this unique private community in northern Thurston County.  The assets of Beachcrest provide residents with access to a half-mile of private beach, 2 cabanas for waterfront gatherings, high tide marina with yearly leasing of 24 slips and 21 kayak/canoe rack slots, boat ramp, mooring buoys, nature trail plus a playground park with a school bus shelter and basketball court.

Since we are a private community, which includes all of the above-mentioned assets plus the roads and stormwater infrastructure, we do not receive any funding from the Thurston Co. property taxes that we pay. From the north (Tacoma) take I-5 Nisqually exit 114. From the south (Olympia) take exit 111. Travel time to Lacey, Olympia, Tumwater, DuPont, and JBLM is less than 20 minutes on a good traffic day.
