Fellow Beachcrest Property Owner:
We have now held two Zoom informational community meetings. One meeting was held on November 15th (about 40 in attendance). Another was held on January 10th (approximately 90 in attendance). We have one final ZOOM meeting scheduled on Wednesday, February 9th from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Once again, we will discuss the project needs in our community, the projected costs, and how we might pay for them.
The Board of Trustees is recommending dues increase of $251 from the present $349 for a total of $600 beginning in June of this year with the automatic CPI increase suspended for a year. Also, a one-time special assessment per billable lot of $1000 is being proposed.
In order to reduce the financial burden on our community members, spreading the payment of dues and special assessment over a period of time has been considered by the board, and options will be presented. We once again encourage all community members to attend this important meeting to share your thoughts and to ask questions
