Every homeowner has been issued two key fobs that open the gate to the beach road at the corner of Beach Way and Yearley Drive. Fobs are linked to an owner’s Beachcrest address and should transfer to new owners when a property is sold.
No more than two active fobs are issued per household.
If you are renting a home, you need to contact the owner to provide you one or two of the fobs that were issued.
If you have lost a fob, please report it immediately through our Contact Us page at beachcrest.org. For the sake of security, the fob will be deactivated until it is found. Should a fob be found, we will attempt to return it to the owner. Beachcrest charges a replacement fee for each fob.
